Q: Why Can't I Open a Vacuum Cover?
A: A: Firstly, fully charged the pool vacuum. After turning on the switch, submerge the machine in water so that the water level is submerged past the drain opening of the machine. Wait for the air to be expelled from the machine chamber, making sure that no air bubbles rise to the surface. This will achieve the best results. It is also advisable to lift the brush head slightly to achieve optimum suction at an angle of around 30° to 45°. A flat angle close to the floor will reduce the suction power accordingly. If it doesn't work, replace the brush head with small heat or do not use brush head to check the suction.

Q: How often do I need to clean my filter bags?
A: The frequency of filter bag cleaning depends on the amount of debris in your pool. It has a filtration capacity of 2.0L, which is sufficient to remove debris that accumulates over 3-7 days. However, we recommend washing the filter bag as you go after each use.
Q: Is it easy to assemble and use?
A: Yes, it features tool-free assembly and simple operation for easy setup and use for your pool cleaning needs.
Q:How long does it take to fully charge?
A: This handheld pool vacuum can be full charged about 2 hours. Please keep it dry when you charge it and use it after full charged.
Q:How long can you vacuum before recharge?
A:The pool vacuum for above ground can keep running up to 45 mins. It means that you don't need to charge it frequently during cleaning. Just need one time charging, you can clean the whole pools.
Q:How should I store vac during off season? Leave on charger or let battery die?
A: For storage, please store it in dry and ventilated indoor environment. You don't need to charge it off season, but please make sure the pool vacuum cleaner full charged before next time use.
Q:Can you replace the battery?
A:For battery, within warranty time, we will send replacement for free. If the machine is out of warranty time, please contact the customer service, we will solve it for you.
Q: Can it be used in above ground pools?
A: Of course yes, the pool vacuum for in ground pools suitable for above ground or in-ground pools, spa and hot tub cleaning.
Q: Does the entire unit have to be under water to work or just the head?
Yes, this need to be fully submerged under the water to function. The machine will stop work without water. If running without water, the machine will be ruined.
